Welcome to the Toxicity Quiz

Please read all directions before taking this quiz!

This quiz will determine the total toxicity burden in your body. After the quiz, you will receive a total toxicity score, which will put you into a Toxicity Level 1, 2, or 3. You will also receive a recommendation for each Toxicity Level, in order to help improve your score and lower your toxicity.

Most pages will have a list of symptoms or conditions about a particular body group or type, which will have four possible choices, which are:

• Daily - Answer when you experience the symptom/condition daily.
• Weekly - Answer when you experience the symptom/condition more than once a week, but not daily.
• Monthly - Answer when you experience the symptom/condition more than once a month, but not weekly.
• Never - Answer when you do not experience the symptom/condition. This answer can also be used if you do experience this symptom/condition at least once per year but not monthly, or if you are not sure if you experience the symptom/condition.

Please answer all questions honestly. We do not track your results. This is a quiz to give you a bigger picture of the body's toxicity level; and to accurately assess it, you will need to answer as best as you can. We recommend you take this quiz before and after each Seasonal Detox or Functional Medicine Detox.

Since we do not track your results, there is no way (currently) to save your quiz and pick up where you left off. If you refresh your browser or have an internet connection interruption, you will need to re-take the quiz again.
